Women's History Network (WHN)

The WHN was founded in 1991 to encourage contact between all people with an interest in women's history, whatever their background or qualifications. Our members come from all walks of life including education, the media and private research. Our aims are to [1] Collect and publish information regarding all aspects of women's history [2] Identify and comment on relating issues [3] Promote research into all areas of women's history [4] Establish a database of the research, teaching and study interests of members and related organisations and individuals [self-description] The site offers basic information about the WHN, e.g. its member publications, conferences, newsletters, membership conditions and the WHN Magazine.
